Thank you for shopping with us! The following Return & Refund policy applies to all websites owned and operated by Aristotle Wellness.

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.

Return Policy

We offer a 15 day return for eligible merchandise. Refunds are provided in the form of Aristotle Wellness Gift Cards, which exclude original shipping costs. Refunds for items returned within 15 days of the purchase date will be credited in the full amount (excluding shipping charges).  Any claims for damaged orders or missing items must be received within 24 hours (on business days) of receipt of package.

In case following conditions are not met Aristotle Wellness reserves the right to charge 15% restocking fee or refuse the return.

– the items must be returned for refund or exchange within 15 days of original purchase

– items and packaging must be received in new condition

– the original manufacture’s packaging must not be damaged

– packaging must include all original items and be unopened

– return package must include copy the original invoice or sale receipt

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item for a refund.

We strongly recommend that you should seek medical advice before starting any nutritional program to determine health risks and suitability. Aristotle Wellness may not be suitable for everyone, so please check your GP before undertaking a program. If you are taking specific medication or have a medical condition please check with your doctor first.
